The kitchen is open in design and fully equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
