The 1 dedicated bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 80 cm each, with a length of 200 cm. The apartment also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, as well as 1 shower and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
