Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 143 square meters, featuring comfortable and modern furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, and a hi-fi system, and it has an exit leading to the terrace. There are two rooms, each containing a French bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long), with access to the terrace. Additionally, there is another room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long).

The house is fully equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two bathrooms with a bath, bidet, and toilet. The property also features air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your convenience. Outside, you will find a partially roofed terrace spanning 20 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs (for up to 6 people).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
