You will be staying in a 3-room semi-detached house spanning 98 square meters across 3 levels. The spacious living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV with a flat screen. It also has access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a large entrance hall with a shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor houses 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. Both bedrooms provide access to the balcony.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
