The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and elegant sleeping space. The second double bedroom includes a radio, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, with its own exit to the terrace, making it ideal for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. The single bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. A generous private terrace of 80 m2 with a south-facing orientation completes the outdoor space, furnished with terrace furniture perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.
