This space opens directly onto a south-facing balcony, filling the room with natural light throughout the day. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, providing a practical and sociable layout. Also on this level, 1 double bedroom with a radio is available for guests, along with a bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC.

The top floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. One of these rooms is equipped with a satellite TV, offering an additional entertainment option for guests. The top floor is also served by a shower and WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for those occupying this level. Balcony furniture is provided for guests to enjoy the outdoor space in a relaxed and stylish setting.
