The apartment was great. An excellent location and nicely furnished. We came to appreciate the location over time as we realized how central we were and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery and bakery shops. Karoline was a great host and helped us with useful information.

We loved the apartment in 2019 when we first stayed there. Our return booking for 2020 was postponed due to the Covid pandemic and was rescheduled for August 2021.
The apartment had all the features we required and gave us a lovely view from our balcony across the Hohe Matte towards the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel.
Only a few minutes walk to the town centre and both train stations, it is conveniently located to catch the boats and sail around both Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, as well as journeying by train into the mountains to visit the Eiger/Monch/Jungfrau and also the Schilthorn and, my own favourite place, the Lauterbrunnen valley.
We will return to holiday in the Bernese Oberland in the future and look forward to staying at the Victoria View apartment again when we do.
