The studio also benefits from direct access to a south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort below.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
