The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a small dining table perfect for intimate meals. The bathroom features a shower and WC, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
