This vacation rental is a beautifully furnished 3-room apartment of 65 m2, situated on the first floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The open-plan living and dining area spans 18 m2 and flows naturally onto a 4 m2 balcony that benefits from both a south-facing and west-facing position, offering beautiful views of the mountains. The first bedroom measures 14 m2 and is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom covers 13 m2 and features 2 single beds, each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC. An open kitchen completes the layout, fitted with 4 hot plates and an oven to meet all culinary needs.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
