The first bedroom measures 14 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a restful and spacious sleeping environment. The second bedroom, measuring 13 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for additional guests. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants. The fully open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, allowing for convenient self-catering throughout your stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
