The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants. The fully open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven, allowing for convenient self-catering throughout your stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
