On the main level, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room of 60 m2, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space is a large, open kitchen fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first 2 rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and each is served by its own shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. The third room on this level is fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating 4 guests, and is served by a bathroom with a bath and WC. This floor also benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, a bathroom with a bath and WC, and access to a balcony. The second room on this floor also offers 1 double bed of the same dimensions, a shower and WC, and its own access to a balcony. The chalet benefits from 2 small balconies, with one in a south-facing position and one in a north-facing position, as well as a terrace in both south-facing and west-facing positions, all offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.

This vacation rental is equipped with an extensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large open kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules. The chalet operates on a non-smokers-only policy, and you are kindly requested to respect this rule throughout your stay. Parking is available for up to 2 cars, though please be aware that during winter, the parking area is located approximately 500 m from the property.
