"Gingembre 12" is a spacious 7-room chalet spanning approximately 250 m2 across 3 levels, partly renovated in 2023, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property features comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

On the main level, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room of 60 m2, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space is a large, open kitchen fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first 2 rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and each is served by its own shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. The third room on this level is fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating 4 guests, and is served by a bathroom with a bath and WC. This floor also benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, a bathroom with a bath and WC, and access to a balcony. The second room on this floor also offers 1 double bed of the same dimensions, a shower and WC, and its own access to a balcony. The chalet benefits from 2 small balconies, with one in a south-facing position and one in a north-facing position, as well as a terrace in both south-facing and west-facing positions, all offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.

This vacation rental is equipped with an extensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large open kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules. For convivial dining experiences, a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided.

The living and dining area features a television with cable connection, and the Scandinavian wood stove adds both warmth and character to the space. A fireplace-style ambiance is provided by this wood stove, making the chalet particularly inviting during cooler seasons. Heat is available throughout the property, with underfloor heating on the lower ground floor ensuring consistent comfort. A jacuzzi bathtub arrangement is complemented by the property's sauna facility, offering excellent relaxation options after a day of outdoor activities.

For everyday practicalities, the chalet is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Outdoor living is well catered for with a barbecue and 2 deck chairs available for your use. The chalet operates on a non-smokers-only policy, and you are kindly requested to respect this rule throughout your stay. Parking is available for up to 2 cars, though please be aware that during winter, the parking area is located approximately 500 m from the property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
