"Gingembre 8" is a beautifully appointed 6-room chalet spanning 240 m2 across 3 levels, partially renovated in 2023, and designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort and style. The property features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure privacy and ease of movement for all guests.

The entrance level welcomes you with a generous entrance hall leading into a large living and dining room of 60 m2, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable television. This convivial space opens directly onto a terrace, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also available for a true alpine dining experience. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. Each of these rooms benefits from its own shower and WC, and both open directly onto the terrace. An additional bath and WC are also available on this level. Underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort throughout this floor.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and is served by a bath and WC, with access to a balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is equally appointed with a double bed of the same dimensions, a shower and WC, and its own balcony access. The chalet benefits from 2 small balconies, with one oriented to the south and the other to the north, while the terraces face south and west, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The chalet offers private parking for up to 2 cars, though please be aware that during winter, parking is located approximately 500 m from the property. The surrounding environment provides a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley, enhanced by the south-facing and west-facing orientations of the terraces and the south- and north-facing balconies.
