The bathroom is separate from the WC, providing added convenience for guests sharing the space. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer, making it ideal for preparing meals throughout your stay.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
