On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room equipped with a digital television and air conditioning, as well as a fully fitted kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. From this level, you have direct access to one of the 2 private terraces. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 4 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms each feature 2 single beds. A third bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed and includes a shower and WC. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed and benefits from its own bath, shower, and WC, as well as a television and air conditioning.
