"Bel Air" is a beautifully appointed 5-room semi-detached vacation rental spanning 140 m2 across 3 levels, welcoming up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and tastefully furnished living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, which opens directly onto the garden and terrace. An open-plan kitchen is also situated on this level, fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities, and the entire level benefits from underfloor heating. On the upper floor, 2 double bedrooms are available, accompanied by a dedicated double bedroom that includes a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate shower room with bidet and WC serving the remaining rooms. The top floor hosts the fourth double bedroom, which features charming sloping ceilings and an en-suite shower room with WC. Several rooms on the first floor offer pleasant views of the coast and the yacht harbour. Outside, a partly roofed terrace provides an inviting space for outdoor relaxation and dining.

The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparation straightforward and enjoyable. The living room features a satellite TV with a flat screen, along with a video and hi-fi system, while an additional satellite TV is provided in the double bedroom on the upper floor, ensuring entertainment options throughout the property. A television is therefore available in multiple areas of the home. The Scandinavian wood stove serves as the fireplace of the property, adding warmth and character to the living space, and logs are provided free of charge. Heating is available throughout the home via the underfloor heating system on the ground floor. A barbecue is provided on the terrace, perfect for outdoor dining during warmer months. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted. The property also features a sauna for relaxation, and a children's high chair is available for families travelling with young children. "Bel Air" is a strictly non-smoking property. Parking for 2 cars is available directly at the house, and on request, a third parking space can be arranged for an additional charge of EUR 4.00 per day, subject to pre-order and availability. For the safety of all guests, the property is fitted with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. The garden and terrace are furnished for outdoor use, providing a welcoming space to enjoy the surroundings. The terrace is partly roofed, offering shelter in varying weather conditions.
