"Bel Monte" is a charming 5-room semi-detached house spanning 140 m2 across 3 levels, welcoming up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and tastefully furnished living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, which opens directly onto the garden and terrace. An open kitchen is also situated on this level, fully equipped for comfortable everyday living. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. On the upper floor, 2 double bedrooms are available, along with a third double bedroom that benefits from its own private bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a satellite TV. A further shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining bedroom on this level. Some rooms on this floor offer views of the coast and the yacht harbour. On the top floor, a fourth double bedroom with charming sloping ceilings is accompanied by its own shower room with WC, providing a private and intimate retreat. The property also features a partly roofed terrace with outdoor furniture, offering an ideal space for relaxing or dining al fresco.

This vacation rental is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals with ease. A washing machine and dryer are also available within the property for added convenience. The living room is warmed by a Scandinavian wood stove that serves as a fireplace, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere, while floor heating throughout ensures consistent warmth during cooler periods, with heat available across the property. For entertainment, the living room features a satellite TV with a flat screen, along with a video and hi-fi system, and an additional television with satellite TV is located in one of the upper floor bedrooms. Outdoor dining and leisure are well catered for with a barbecue and terrace furniture on the partly roofed terrace. A sauna is available on the premises for relaxation, and a children's high chair is provided for families travelling with young children. Logs are supplied free of charge for use with the wood stove. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted during your stay.

"Bel Monte" is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly requested to respect this house rule throughout their stay. For the safety of all guests, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. Parking for 2 cars is available directly at the house at no additional cost. On request and subject to pre-order, a third parking space can be arranged for an additional fee of EUR 4.00 per day.
