The shared living and dining room and kitchen are equipped with a filter coffee machine and a fondue-raclette set, among other amenities, creating a convivial space for shared meals and relaxation. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for common use. A baby cot measuring 60 by 120 centimetres is available upon request, excluding bed linen. Parking is included in the rental. Please be aware that filter coffee is listed as an exclusive item not covered within the inclusive package. A deposit fee of CHF/EUR 300.00 is to be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at this property.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
