A dedicated dining area with a table for 6 persons completes the communal space. The separate kitchen is thoroughly equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue-raclette set, and a wide range of kitchen utensils, and also includes a bar table seating 3 persons. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed measuring 2x90x200cm and a television, while the second bedroom also features a king-size bed of the same dimensions. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as 1 separate toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available directly within the apartment for added convenience. Connectivity is seamlessly provided through Internet WiFi, ensuring guests remain effortlessly connected throughout their stay. Electricity, heating, hot water, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels as an initial supply, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax are all included in the rental.

The apartment includes 1 covered parking space in the garage as well as 1 open-air parking space, both of which are included in the rental. During the winter months, the use of a 4x4 vehicle or snow chains is strongly recommended due to the steep access road leading to the property. Wood for the first firing of the chimney is included, while additional firewood is available at an extra cost. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are also not included in the rental and are to be sourced separately. Pets are warmly welcomed at this property, and it is important to note that in most properties only one pet, typically one dog, is permitted. Additional or different animals must be requested prior to booking. A security deposit of CHF/EUR 500.00 is required and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival.
