Throughout the apartment, all beds are box spring beds and can optionally be configured as double or single beds, offering flexibility to suit the needs of different groups. The 4 bathrooms each include a shower and WC, with the additional convenience of a separate WC and a double hand-basin. 2 balconies extend the living space outdoors, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the ski run and the resort.

Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
