The open kitchen flows naturally from the living area, creating a sociable and functional environment ideal for preparing meals together. The apartment also benefits from 2 bathrooms, each configured as a shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC and a double hand-basin, ensuring convenience and ease for all occupants. Two balconies extend the living space outdoors, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the ski run and the surrounding resort. All beds throughout the apartment are box spring beds and can optionally be configured as double or single beds to suit the preferences of each group of guests. It is worth noting that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all housing units will be available for use.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
