The toll machine is located in Caslou, immediately after crossing the bridge. Please be aware that the property is situated 13 kilometres from Malvaglia, with a real travel time of approximately 25 minutes along the mountain road. The use of a car is strongly recommended for reaching and staying at this property. Baby equipment is available on request as an additional service for families travelling with young children.

The fully equipped open kitchen is directly accessible from this space and includes an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, and a fondue set for cheese. Both the living area and the kitchen offer direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom on this level contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, making it ideal for younger guests. The bathroom on this floor features a shower and WC.
