The upper level provides additional sleeping accommodation with a double bed and 2 further beds, as well as a balcony offering pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. Comfort throughout the seasons is ensured by an air source heat pump. Guests also have access to a summer house with a fireplace, providing a cosy additional living space. A traditional wood-burning sauna situated directly by the lake, just 10 metres from the water, completes this authentic Finnish retreat. A private rowing boat is available for guests to enjoy directly from the property, and an electric outboard motor is also provided for added convenience on the water.

A refundable security deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This property is rented exclusively to families and other groups who appreciate a quiet and peaceful holiday environment. Reservations are not accepted for groups composed entirely of guests under 25 years of age. The summer house is equipped with a fireplace and has access to cold water only. Heating in the main cottage is provided by an air source heat pump in addition to the wood-burning sauna, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout varying weather conditions.
