The 2 bathrooms serve the sleeping quarters on this floor, with one featuring a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other offering a shower and WC. The property also boasts a large terrace of 84 m2 and a garden of 120 m2, both offering a very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and 3 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
