The property sleeps a total of 8 guests across 2 bedrooms, each furnished with double beds that can be separated into individual beds upon request, and 2 sleeping lofts accessed via a sloping ladder that was updated in 2024, each equipped with mattresses and together accommodating 4 additional guests. A separate toilet, shower room, and a spacious sauna with an electric heater for 5 to 6 people complete the interior amenities. The property is also equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a Weber gas grill, a TV, and a storage fireplace with firewood. An old rowing boat is available for guests to use during their stay.

The plot is set on a rocky landscape with 80 meters of private shoreline, providing direct and exclusive access to Lake Nuasjärvi just 15 meters from the house. During the summer months, the beach area is furnished with a patio, lounge chairs, a dining table with benches, and a stone wall and smoking area positioned on the rock, creating a perfect setting for outdoor dining and leisurely afternoons by the water. Guests may swim directly from the rock or by using a dedicated ladder leading into the lake. Please be aware that access to the beach area may present challenges for guests with reduced mobility, though it is possible to navigate the steeper sections by following the path and rock around the incline. A stone wall and smoking box are also available on the property for outdoor use.

The tap water at the property is sourced from a private borehole and contains iron, which may occasionally result in slight variations in color and taste. The water has been tested and confirmed safe for use as drinking water; however, guests who prefer may bring their own drinking water upon arrival. The sleeping lofts are accessed via a sloping ladder, which was updated in 2024, and guests with limited mobility should take note of this when planning their stay.
