The kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves all 3 bedrooms on this floor. The villa also benefits from a veranda of 25 m² and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.
