This spacious 7-room vacation rental spans 300 m2 and accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property features a generous living and dining room equipped with a double sofabed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. A separate living room provides a second comfortable lounge area, both of which open directly onto the terrace and overlook the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the main living area and serves as a functional hub for the household.
The sleeping quarters are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. A further 3 bedrooms are each appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own private shower and WC as well as a satellite TV. The fifth bedroom is also furnished with a French bed of the same dimensions, measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The bathroom facilities across the property include a full bath with WC and 2 separate WCs, in addition to the en-suite shower rooms within the 3 bedrooms described above.
