The kitchen is a small, open-plan space equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available at an extra charge, as well as a cheese fondue set. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
