The main level hosts a generous living and dining area furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, a radio, and a CD player. Adjacent to this space is a large, open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. A separate WC and a boiler are also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms. The first is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shared shower and WC serve this floor.

The upper floor offers 2 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC. The second bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC. The upper floor also provides access to 2 west-facing balconies furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley.

Amenities Included

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The fully fitted kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided for your enjoyment. The Scandinavian wood stove, which serves as the fireplace of the living area, adds warmth and character to the main living space.

For laundry needs, the apartment includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Heat is available throughout the property via the on-site boiler system. A hair dryer is provided for personal use. The apartment also offers complimentary WiFi internet access. Firewood logs are available at an extra charge.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
