The kitchen on this level is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower and WC are also located on this floor, along with a boiler.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a dedicated shower and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 further sleeping rooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a full bath and WC, as well as access to the second balcony. The second room on this floor contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own shower and WC. The top floor is accessed via a ladder and features an open gallery with 2 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that this gallery is an open-plan sleeping area rather than an enclosed bedroom, and it is not suitable for small children due to the ladder access.
