Renovated in 2005, the property masterfully blends traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort, accommodating a total of 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 3 beds, and a sleeping alcove featuring a bed with a width of 120 cm. The spacious interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a hall, a dedicated room housing a traditional bake oven ideal for grilling sausages and preparing meals, a washing room with 2 showers, an electric sauna, and 2 toilets. For those requiring additional sleeping arrangements, up to 4 extra beds are available for an additional fee. Staying connected is effortless thanks to Internet Wifi available at the property, ensuring that even in this serene rural setting, you remain as connected as you choose to be.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this property are a true highlight, centered around the beautiful shared pond Ojastenlampi, located just 150 m from the farmhouse. The pond measures approximately 100 x 60 m and features a gently sloping, shallow hard sand bottom, transitioning to a partly mud bottom in its deeper areas. By the pier, the water reaches a depth of 2 to 3 meters, making it suitable for a variety of water activities. Please note that the pond and its beach are in shared use with the owner, who visits occasionally. Alongside the pond, you will find a summer barbecue hut, also shared with the owner, which provides a wonderful setting for outdoor dining and socializing. Should you wish to use the barbecue hut, you are kindly asked to inform the owner in advance. The surrounding natural landscape offers a peaceful and picturesque environment, perfectly complementing the rustic character of the farmhouse.

Other Information

In addition to the electric sauna located within the main farmhouse, 2 further sauna facilities are available by separate arrangement and payment. A summer sauna building equipped with a wooden stove and a fireplace is available for your use, heated by yourself, at a rate of 50 per day or 200 per week, as per 2019 pricing. A smoke sauna, heated by the owner, is also available at a rate of 150 per single heating session, or 300 during the winter period, based on 2019 pricing. The summer sauna building also offers extra sleeping capacity for 2 to 4 additional guests, available for an additional fee. Availability of both additional sauna facilities must be agreed upon in advance with the owner. All extra bed arrangements, whether in the main farmhouse or the summer sauna building, are subject to an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to communicate openly with the owner regarding the use of all shared facilities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
