This inviting space is furnished with luxurious wooden furnishings and a Scandinavian wood stove, and opens directly onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set, and is complemented by a bar area. Also on this floor, you will find 1 large bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, as well as a shower room with WC.

On the lower ground floor, the chalet offers 2 further bedrooms. The first is a large room featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and a cable TV. The second is a spacious room of 28 m2 furnished with 3 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 190 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, also with a cable TV. This floor is served by a shower room, a separate WC, a full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, a double hand-basin, and a sauna.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first contains 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, accommodating 4 guests, and is equipped with a shower, a double hand-basin, and a cable TV. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower, and a double hand-basin, with a separate WC also available on this level.

Parking is available on site for up to 3 vehicles, with a garage accessible to vehicles with a maximum height of 200 cm and a maximum width of 220 cm. The property is suitable for families traveling with young children, as a baby cot for children up to 2 years of age and a children's high chair are provided on site.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
