Built in 2009, the cabin is thoughtfully designed across 2 floors to accommodate guests in comfort and style. The ground floor features a welcoming kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a dressing room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wood-burning sauna with a wood stove, and a terrace. The upper floor offers a double bed and an additional sofa bed for 2 persons, complemented by a private balcony with views of the surrounding natural landscape. The property is equipped with an air source heat pump, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove on the ground floor, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout your stay. 2 fridge-freezers are available for your convenience, along with a small barbecue, though guests are kindly asked to bring their own coals.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside property are a true highlight, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Finnish landscape. A shallow, gently sloping sandy beach lies just 200 metres from the cabin, making it ideal for families and guests of all ages. A pier and a boat are available for your use, allowing you to explore the calm waters of Lake Päijänne at your leisure. The terrace on the ground floor and the balcony on the upper floor both provide wonderful spaces to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. A small barbecue is available outdoors, perfect for alfresco dining during warm summer evenings. Approximately 200 metres from the main cabin, a separate electrified lakeside sauna building awaits, featuring a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, available for use during the summer season, as well as a small terrace. An outdoor privy is located beside the sauna building. Please note that water for the sauna must be carried from the lake, which is situated just 10 metres away. A road passes between the main cabin and the lakeside sauna, serving 3 neighbouring cottages in the area. The owner also rents 2 SUP-boards, offering an excellent opportunity to enjoy the lake from a different perspective.

The lakeside sauna building is electrified and intended for summer use, with the living room inside offering a sofa bed for 2 persons and a refrigerator and coffee maker for added convenience. It is important to be aware that the living room within the sauna building has no heating. The main cabin benefits from underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a wood-burning stove, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate across all seasons. Guests wishing to use the barbecue are reminded to bring their own coals, as these are not provided on-site.
