The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms: one room with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, and one room with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC. The property also features a partially roofed terrace of 12 m2 and a garden of 70 m2, both furnished for outdoor enjoyment, with a very beautiful distant view of the sea.
