Also on this level, you will find an open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC.
On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining area with satellite TV and a flat screen provides additional communal space, with direct access to the terrace.
