The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with its own exit to the balcony. The bathroom is separate from the WC, offering a practical and comfortable layout for the entire group. The apartment benefits from a 6 m2 balcony that frames stunning views of the mountains and the resort, accessible from multiple rooms throughout the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
