Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and comfortable living and dining area, furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm, a dining table, and a flat-screen television. From this space, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the mountains and the resort. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds with 2 sleeping spaces, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly benefits from balcony access. The bathroom is fitted with the necessary facilities, and a separate WC is provided for added convenience.

The kitchenette offers an extensive range of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
