On the ground floor, the property features a spacious living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a separate living room with a television. The fully equipped kitchen opens naturally from the main living areas. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor, along with a 100-litre boiler. Direct access from the ground floor leads out to the patio and the swimming pool area.
The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom, which does not have a window, contains 1 set of bunk beds configured as 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating units. The upper floor bathroom includes a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a second 100-litre boiler.
