The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with an additional dining table. Also on this level, 1 double bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private exit to the garden. The ground floor is further served by 2 separate bathroom facilities, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for children or additional guests.
