Access & Parking: parking by the house. All-season motor access to the house. Steep street, narrow street. Car recommended, stepped path with 6 steps. Situation: above Limni Keri, above Bay of Marathias, secluded, quiet, elevated, sunny position in the countryside, on a slope, by the sea. View from the apartment of the sea and the countryside.

An idyllic pebble beach and tavernas are 800 m away and can be reached by foot. Two diving bases, bars, restaurant and shopping amenities are five minutes by car.
