During the winter period, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. Electricity costs are charged according to actual consumption. Final cleaning and laundry services are included in your stay. Dogs are welcome at the property, subject to an additional daily charge per dog.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
