Enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower and bask in the sun while the owner/gardener maintains the pool for your convenience. Please note that there is a stepped path with 20 steps leading to the house.

The living/dining area opens up to the patio and swimming pool area. There are two double bedrooms, each featuring a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long), with access to the patio and swimming pool. The villa boasts a large, open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate WC. The villa is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. The upper floor consists of one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long) that opens to a terrace, and one double bedroom with a French bed (190 cm wide and 200 cm long), also with access to the terrace. There is another bathroom on this floor with a shower, bidet, and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
