The living and dining area spans 18 m2 and provides direct access to an 8 m2 terrace furnished with outdoor seating. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The double room also features a smart projector with TV function, adding a modern entertainment dimension to the sleeping space.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso Vertuo capsules, which are available as an extra. The living and dining room features a flat screen satellite TV as well as a CD player and DVD player, while heating is available throughout the property to ensure year-round comfort. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
