The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and 1 room featuring sloping ceilings with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a shower and WC. On the top floor, a further double bedroom with sloping ceilings offers 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property also benefits from an 8 m2 terrace with a lawn area, complete with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem total ruhig.
Sehr geräumig.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer unterm Dach ist nichts für jemanden, der Höhenangst hat, da man durch die Stufen gucken kann.
Leider waren die Räume nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man bedenkt, das man 19 euro pro Person für die Bereinigung nimmt.
Die Gardinen waren sehr dreckig, ein Bett defekt und der Duschkopf war auch kaputt.
