The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 1 x 180 cm with a length of 200 cm and likewise opens directly onto the terrace, offering a pleasant indoor-outdoor connection. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and features a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. The bathroom consists of a shower, bidet, and WC. Outdoor living is enhanced by a terrace of 14 m2 furnished with terrace furniture, as well as a small garden of 40 m2, both accessible directly from the apartment.
