Upon arrival, you will enter through the entrance hall. On the lower ground floor, you will discover one room featuring a french bed measuring 140 cm wide by 190 cm in length with an accompanying shower. Adjacent to this, you will find another room equipped with one set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm wide by 190 cm in length, complete with a shower and air conditioning. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Ascending to the upper floor, you will be welcomed by a living room with veranda that includes a flat screen TV and air conditioning, with direct exit to the balcony. You will also find one room on this level containing a french bed measuring 140 cm wide by 190 cm in length and a fan. The open kitchen comes fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The upper floor also features a bath/WC with double hand-basin. You will enjoy a 10 m2 balcony positioned in a south-east facing direction, offering a side view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
