On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room welcomes you with direct access to a 30 m2 partly roofed terrace furnished with outdoor seating and offering a stunning view of the sea. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a shower room with WC is available for guests on this floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with a French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and provides access to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor also features a French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to a balcony. A children's room completes the sleeping arrangements, furnished with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opening onto a balcony. The upper floor bathroom is appointed with a bath, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. In total, the property offers 2 balconies alongside the terrace.
