Villa La Quercia is a nice property having a total of three independent units that is conveniently located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano. Villa La Quercia, among other amenities, includes also pool and WiFi internet.

The Municipality of Sassetta carries out a door-to-door rubbish collection service and it is compulsory for customers to comply with the Municipality's initiative; any rubbish left in the house at the end of the stay will result in a penalty of €50, which will be deducted from the deposit.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
