The Municipality of Sassetta carries out a door-to-door rubbish collection service and it is compulsory for customers to comply with the Municipality's initiative; any rubbish left in the house at the end of the stay will result in a penalty of €50, which will be deducted from the deposit.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht optimal. Aber wenn man selbst nicht kocht, dann geht es.

Ein gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartement in sehr ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Ausspannen und erholen. Man braucht keine Klimaanlage, da durch die gute Beschattung der vielen Bäume, die Wohnung immer herrlich kühl bleibt, auch bei großer Hitze. Im Freien im schönen Pavillion ist der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

ci hanno chiesto una macchina da caffè tedesca perché dicevano che non funzionava e noi gliene abbiamo data un’altra che andava bene.
Abbiamo provato quella che loro dicevano non funzionante ma funziona.
Poi non si sono lamentati di altro.
