The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a wall-trunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements within the shared living space. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with a double bed, providing a private and restful retreat. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The apartment also features a balcony complete with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside, as well as a box-room for additional storage.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
